This notice explains what happens to the details you send us through the contact form on ragingventures.com.

Who we are

Raging Ventures Ltd is the data controller for this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 07803816, with our registered office at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. You can contact us through the contact form or by post at our registered office.

What we collect and why

We collect the details you enter in the contact form: your name, email address and message, plus your company name and telephone number if you choose to give them. We use them only to reply to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

You do not have to give us any details, but we need your name, email address and message to reply.

To protect the form from spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks technical information about your browser and connection, and our server keeps a scrambled (hashed) copy of your IP address for no more than 24 hours. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs for security. This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Who receives your details

Your message is delivered to a business mailbox provided by Google Workspace, and the spam check is carried out by Cloudflare. Both act on our instructions and may process data outside the UK, under the safeguards in their data processing terms. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep them

We keep your details only as long as we need to deal with your enquiry, and no longer than 12 months after our last contact with you.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it or send it to you in a portable format. You can also object to how we use it. We do not make automated decisions about you.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
